If your organization is a 501(c)(3) seeking funding for projects, initiatives, events, or other activities, we invite you to complete a grant request form!. We give out dozens of small and large grants every year and we look forward to hopfully reviewing your proposal!

To request a grant, please carefully follow the instructions below:

1. Download the Application
Download the current Grant Request Form and complete all required sections. Please provide clear and concise responses and ensure that all required fields are completed.

2. Gather Required Documentation
In addition to the completed application, applicants must include the required supporting documentation identified in the application, including applicable organizational, financial, and tax documentation. These include

• IRS 501(c)(3) Determination Letter 

• Current W-9 

• Project or Program Budget 

• Organization Operating Budget 

• Most Recent Form 990 (Only if you filed one)

3. Submit Your Application
Email the completed Grant Request Form and all required supporting documents to grantrequests@derkazarianfoundation.org.

Please submit all materials together in a single email whenever possible.

4. Confirmation & Review
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your submission. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for an initial response. The Foundation may contact you during the review process if additional information or documentation is required.

 

Important Information

​

Organizations must be recognized as eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to be considered for funding. Organizations requesting funding for more than one distinct project or program should submit a separate application for each request.

​

Submission of an application does not guarantee funding.
